okay i know this question has been asked a billion times so for those people that get on questions and say use a search bar.. SAVE IT because i know but i want to put a question in my own words adn personalize it.. so boo you! :) no offense :)

okay im 14 almost 15 and im out of books.. im not really into sci-fi or mysteries. heres a list of some books ive read so you can kinda tell what i like:

1. twilight even the first 12 chapters of Midnight SUn
2. Pretty Lttle Liars Series
3.The clique Series
4.Gossip girl series
5. Gallagher girl series
6. The ashleys series
7. ALL of Sarah Dessens books does anyone know if she has a new one coming out after Lock and Key?

I really dont like Meg Cabot and even though i read Twilight and liked it im not a big vampire, werewolve, mythical creatur fan..OH ive read the first 5 Harry Potter books.. i dont wanna read the next to though.

Sarah Dessen’s new book is called Along for the Ride. For more info on that: http://sarahdessen.wordpress.com/2008/09/09/sarah-dessne-ninth-novel-along-for-the-ride/

I’d recommend the Gemma Doyle series by Libba Bray. It’s a bit mythical/fantasy, but I don’t usually like that genre and I loved A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels, etc.

Also, you could try Summer Boys by Hailey Abbott or anything by Melissa de la Cruz.

(:

Terry Goodkind. I’m only partly through Wizard’s First Rule, but I love it so far.
Spellsong Chronicles by L. E. Modesitt. L. E. starting with The Soprano Sorceress
John Ringo’s Counsel Wars series (There Will be Dragons, Emerald Sea, Against the Tide, and East of the Sun, West of the Moon) I haven’t read the fourth one yet, but the first three were spectacular, so I’m assuming this one will be too.
Anne McCaffrey’s Dragon Riders of Pern books
Alice Borchardt’s Silver Wolf, The Night of the Wolf, and Wolf King
Garth Nix’s Sabriel, Lireal, and Abhorsen
Noel-Anne Brennan’s Sword of the Land and Blood of the Land
Steven Brust’s books about assassins. In order they are Taltos, Yendi, Dragon, Jhereg, Teckla, Phoenix, Athyra, Orca, and Issola. They can be read out of order and make perfect sense, though.
Robin McKinley’s books. Any of them are great. Sunshine is about vampires, and is better than Twilight.
Deborah Hale’s Wizard’s Ward and Destined Queen are great.
Arabian Nights is fantastic. The stories are short, but very entertaining.
You could also try Marian Zimmer Bradley.
Andre Norton’s Mark of the Cat is good.
    Alice Hoffman’s Green Angel
    Michael Crichton’s books are fantastic
Amelia Atwater-Rhodes’ Den of Shadows series and her shape shifter series starting with Hawksong
Diana Wynne Jones is spectacular. I highly recommend this author.
Morgan Llywelyn’s Bard: The Odyssey of the Irish is a wonderful read. If you are interested in Amergin the bard, or anything Irish for that matter, try out this book.
Jennifer Roberson’s Chronicles of the Cheysuli are fantastic. I love her books
Gregory Maguire’s Wicked is great. He wrote some other books based on fairy tales. I haven’t read them yet, but I will eventually.
If you like Dinosaurs, then Raptor Red by Robert T. Bakker is a good read.
Kate Elliott’s Spirit Gate is wonderful.
Diane Duane’s So you Want to be a Wizard and sequels. I haven’t read this series for years, but I remember how much I loved it
Donna Jo Napoli’s Sirena and Beast. Check out her other books too
Lisanne Norman’s Turning Point is great, too.
    W. Michael Gear and Kathleen O’Neal Gear’s books are supposed to be good. As soon as I can get my hands on People of the Wolf, which I believe is the first in the series, I will read it.
Erin Hunter’s Warriors series is fun.
    George Orwell’s 1984
Any and all of Shakespeare’s plays
Doll’s House by Henrik Ibsen. It’s a play, but it’s only about 70 pages long.
    Ray Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451
    Terry Pratchett’s books.
    Tamora Pierce’s books.
    Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials
Shirley Jackson’s The Lottery. It’s a short story
Richard Connell’s The Most Dangerous Game. Also a short story.

I know it’s a long list, but there’s bound to be something I mentioned that you’ll like.
