The directions are:
Ahora, describe tu casa. Usa es, hay y expresiones como las del cuadro de arriba.

The words in the box above are:
en
cerca de
a la izquierda de
al lado de
a la derecha de
delante de

I just need an example on how to do this section.

Number 1 says:
Mi habitación…

Please and thank you!

Well, they want you to describe your house and what’s in each room.
For example: Mi habitación está (cerca de) la cocina (My room is near the kitchen) Al lado de mi cama hay una mesita de luz (There is a bedside table next to my bed) And things like that. The idea is that you identify those expressions and use them correctly :P So check what they mean and describe your place… good luck^^!

Well, your example says "My bedroom…" So, you use the directional words ((the ones in the box)) to tell about your bedroom.

    For example:

Mi habitación esta a derecha de la habitación de mi hermana.
My bedroom is to the right of my sister’s bedroom.

Mix and match; your sentences will be much more interesting if you don’t just go down the list. >w<

    Hope this helps! ^_^

You should not be using ‘es’ but rather ‘está’ for location.

Mi habitación está en el segundo piso.
