Balance Emotions Emotional Intelligence Balance Problems

Positive human emotions and emotional intelligence balance the chemical reactions in the human body. The “pain body” is a result of negative emotions. Negative thoughts or positive thoughts create a negative emotion or a positive emotion, emotions don’t create a thought. Well, sometimes they do, but mostly one has a positive thought or a negative thought and then there is a human emotion that is a response to that thought. Happiness can be cultivated by learning the habit of positive human emotions and using emotional intelligence to make decisions. Positive emotions have been proven to be powerful inhibitors against human disease, habitual depression, emotional distress patterns, health problems, abuse, pain, stress and fatigue. Some people have even had real healing and reversing cancer simply by laughing a lot and surrounding themselves with fun, positive people. Real healing by balancing and changing pain body emotions and emotional patterns has been documented. The good news is that it can be a created habit to gravitate toward emotional balance with a positive thought and positive human emotion, which in turn help you achieve emotional freedom. The chemical reactions in the human body change with emotions, and it might even be true that emotions themselves are the chemical changes. Emotional development and emotional health have everything to do with training and habit. It is up to parents to teach their children through emotional technique and example as to how to cultivate positive emotions and emotional health. Emotional support is most needed in the child’s emotional development if healthy emotional habits are to be developed.

Emotional problems, emotional disorders, emotional stress and emotional pain are simply human emotions that come and go like weather in the pain body. These emotions don’t have to be taken so seriously. If one realizes that happiness does not necessarily depend on whether or not you are having a positive human emotion, freedom can really achieved! If you see human emotions as the illusions that they are, simply reactions to thoughts, which are also illusions, then you have begun to see what is truth, what an enlightened master knows.

Emotional intelligence is used in a lot of ways in the English language, and emotional intelligence was originally used as a different meaning altogether than what it is used for now. Emotional intelligence, in my opinion, is the ability to use your emotions to determine what is healthy for you and what is not. If you find yourself feeling tired, ill or sick being around a particular person, situation or event, then that is probably not a good situation to continue to be in. If you feel positive, uplifted and excited by a particular person, situation or event, that IS a good situation for you. You can use your emotions as steering mechanisms in life. Use emotions wisely!
